BACLOFENISTA 
I have started balcofen (extended release)…for my alcoholism ..now at 30mg t,i.d…what dosage can i go upto….from india. pls let me know..lal.arvind@gmail.com
Dr. Ameisen was taking patients up to over 500 mg a day. Most people need less and many get good results at under 100mg a day so it is a highly individual thing. The key is to go up slowly so that the side effects are avoided and to spread the dosage very evenly through the day to keep your system at the same level throughout the day.
